After 20 years working in insolvency and restructuring as an accountant and practitioner across the UK and Cayman Islands, I realised that one of the things I enjoyed most was bringing people together to share knowledge, exchange ideas and learn from one another.

Today, as Head of Global Seminar Programming at INSOL International, I get to do just that, developing technical programmes for insolvency and restructuring events around the world. My years in practice give me a valuable perspective on what matters to practitioners and help me shape discussions that are relevant, engaging and grounded in the realities of the profession.

I'm particularly passionate about bringing fresh perspectives and diverse voices into the conversation, creating opportunities for meaningful debate and helping professionals connect, learn and grow. For me, the most rewarding part is seeing those conversations and connections continue long after an event has ended.
