Puja is currently working as Counsel in the Insolvency and Restructuring practice team in the Delhi Office of Khaitan & Co. Her focus area includes insolvency and bankruptcy and debt restructuring. Over the past years, she has extensively advised clients in the sphere of leading insolvency and liquidation matters in various capacities such as counsel to resolution professionals, liquidators, financial creditors and resolution applicants/ bidders and has been a part of several marquee insolvency and liquidation matters. She has also extensively worked for leading banks and financial institutions and advised clients on syndication and debt restructuring matters.
