Nerina Jahja serves as the Chair of the IWIRC Ontario Network for 2025 and 2026 and is also the Canadian Regional Director. With extensive experience in insolvency, restructuring, finance, and banking, she is passionate about supporting and advancing women in their professional careers.
Originally from Albania, where opportunities for women were often limited and their voices were not always heard, Nerina developed a strong commitment to helping women succeed and reach their full potential. Throughout her career, she has been a dedicated advocate for mentorship, inclusion, and creating opportunities for women to grow as leaders.
IWIRC has played a transformative role in her journey, giving her a voice she never knew she had and a platform to support and empower others. Through her leadership, she is committed to fostering meaningful connections, promoting professional development, and helping the next generation of women thrive in the restructuring and insolvency community.
