Nicola is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a former Licenced Insolvency Practitioner operating as a partner in a top 10 accountancy firm. She has 25 years’ experience providing restructuring advice within advisory firms Azets, BDO and Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) and within lenders BLME and BNP Paribas Fortis.

During this time, Nicola advised directors, lenders and other stakeholders in situations involving financial distress including cashflow constraints, reduced profitability and other financial challenges. Her work included independent business reviews, options analysis, accelerated sale processes and cash flow management. Where a solvent option was unavoidable, Nicola also assisted with contingency planning and formal insolvency appointments. Nicola built a wealth of experience working with businesses of various sizes and sectors, developing business relationships with focus on delivering restructuring services to SMEs and lenders.

Nicola is now the managing director of Redimo Evaluators Limited and she provides evaluator services to purchasers of connected party pre-pack transactions.

Nicola is the co-treasurer of the London IWIRC network.
