Nicola is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is an appointment taking Licenced Insolvency Practitioner. She is a Partner at Azets based in the London restructuring and insolvency team and has over 20 years’ experience providing restructuring advice.

Nicola advises directors, lenders and other stakeholders in situations involving financial distress including cashflow constraints, reduced profitability and other financial challenges. Her focus is on considering the options available to preserve the solvency of a company and services include independent business reviews, options analysis, accelerated sales processes and cash flow management. Where a solvent option is unavoidable, Nicola can assist with contingency planning and formal insolvency appointments.

Nicola is the co-treasurer of the London IWIRC network.
