Beth’s practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency and commercial litigation, including corporate bankruptcy proceedings and other creditors’ rights issues.
She served as law clerk to the Honorable Kevin R. Huennekens, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
