On April 13, 2017, the New England Network co-hosted a lunch panel with TMA Northeast Chapter, Maine featuring Maine Bankruptcy Judges, Hon. Peter G. Cary and Hon. Michael A. Fagone, and New England Network board members, Kate Cruickshank and Elisa Sartori. The event was held at The Press Hotel in Portland, Maine and over 35 professionals attended. The panel discussed bankruptcy options for small businesses in distress, including strategies for a successful small-business Chapter 11.
