Welcome to the IWIRC Ontario Network

The IWIRC Ontario Network, originally chartered as the Canadian Network in 2010, has grown to become one of the largest IWIRC networks in Canada.

Our mission at the IWIRC Ontario Network is to address the gender gap and promote equality in the insolvency and restructuring industry by empowering women at all stages of their careers. We are committed to fostering an inclusive community that champions the professional development, advancement, and well-being of women in the field.

While our primary focus is to support women in the insolvency and restructuring profession, we also welcome our male colleagues to join the IWIRC Ontario Network and help us advance our mission of gender equality. Together, we can create a more inclusive and equitable industry where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

We offer a range of programming, including mentoring, educational events, and networking opportunities, designed to foster meaningful connections and support the advancement of women in the industry. Through workshops, panels, and wellness initiatives, we provide a platform for women to share knowledge, gain new skills, and elevate each other.

The IWIRC Ontario Network invites all women and men in the industry in Ontario to join us in creating a supportive, empowering environment where connections are built, leadership is fostered, and gender equality is prioritized.
