Join your IWIRC So Cal Network for a Tamale Making Class & Tequila Tasting at Candela’s Taco Bar & Lounge, located off of La Brea & Olympic.
Doors open at 6pm for drings, food and networking. Chips, Salsa and two tamalesperperson will be served and a no-host bar will also be open. Tequila tasting (3 flights), with detailed presentation, will take place immediately before the tamale making class begins at 7:00 p.m.
During the class, you will make five tamales (choice of Beef, Chicken or Vegetarian) to take home with you for cooking (or freezing). Friendly staff will provide step-by-step instruction and guide you through the tamale preparation and at-home cooking process.
