Welcome to the IWIRC Japan Network

The Japan Network is excited to be part of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). The Japan Network was established on 11 May 2012 under the leadership of Rachel Lao of Hogan Lovells, together with Yuri Ide of Bingham McCutchen, Ayako Kawano of White & Case, Taeko Mizuno Tada of Nagahama, Mizuno & Inoue, Hiroko Kaneko of Matsuo & Kosugi and Kanako Osawa of Kajitani Law Offices.

We are committed to the connection, promotion and growth of female professionals in the insolvency and restructuring industry in Japan. Through a wide range of networking activities including seminars, cocktail receptions, luncheons and wine tastings, we aim to provide female professionals in Japan relationship-building, educational, career enhancement and promotional opportunities.
