The IWIRC Regional Programming Committee is responsible for encouraging the planning of regional events. Regional events are defined as either (i) events planned in conjunction with other bankruptcy events (TMA, ABI, etc.) ideally with two or more networks sponsoring the event or (ii) stand-alone regional events with two or more sponsoring networks (ie. virtual book club, golf outing, spa day, IWIRC at the Shore, etc.)
The opportunity to serve on the Committee is available to all IWIRC members. There is no limit on numbers as to who can serve on the UNCITRAL Committee and we welcome contributions from all members across all continents as this significantly contributes to IWIRC’s standing at UNCITRAL – being a truly international organisation. The Co Chairs regularly refresh the Committee members and in doing so ask for IWIRC members’ qualifications to serve on the Committee.
All members of the UNCITRAL Committee must be members of IWIRC and must sign and agree to be bound by IWIRC’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Please fill out the Committee Volunteer form, or contact us if you have additional questions.
