The Awards Committee was established in 2025 to assist with the selection of awards presented at IWIRC’s signature events.
Responsible for regular communications with IWIRC members including the development and publication of IWIRC newsletters.
Encompasses a broad scope of responsibilities including supporting the board of directors in developing priorities, recommendations for initiatives and implementation strategies for all facets of the organization.
Responsible for providing oversight and advice to IWIRC's Executive Board on financial aspects of IWIRC.
Responsible for services and initiatives to benefit existing IWIRC members.
Responsible for creating and mentoring new and existing IWIRC networks.
Responsible for organizing the annual spring and fall programs, including selecting speakers, developing communication materials. planning menus, a monthly conference call, and sub-committee work.
Responsible for encouraging the planning of regional IWIRC events.
Members participate in yearly UNCITRAL delegations and contribute to any annual reports that are requested regarding international insolvency law.
