FYI, if you have not followed the related press, Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg’s new book has set off a fire storm of dialogue about women, leadership and how to advance in the workplace. We are hoping that the introduction of a “book group” concept to our LinkedIn Network site will invoke as thought provoking a conversation as the one we started at dinner. In any event, It is wonderful to know we are already part of a network of women through IWIRC that provides the type of support Sheryl Sandberg suggests in her book and that she is hoping to stimulate through her Leanin.org webpage.
