She is a leading offshore disputes lawyer with over 18 years’ experience across the Cayman Islands and BVI\, with a particular focus on insolvency and restructuring matters. Jennifer regularly advises insolvency practitioners\, creditors\, funds and financial institutions on complex\, cross‑border restructurings\, contentious insolvencies\, and related commercial disputes. Her practice includes civil fraud and asset tracing\, often in support of recovery strategies in distressed and enforcement scenarios\, as well as disputes involving investment funds and digital assets. \nJulie Kapoor \nJulie G. Kapoor is an associate in the Washington\, D.C. office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP\, where her practice focuses on complex litigation\, bankruptcy-related disputes\, investigations\, and restructuring matters. Smitha serves as Asia Group Leader of the Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group at the World Law Group. As Head of Structured and Private Debt Strategy at eNor Securities\, she advises on complex transactions and innovative financing structures across Brazil and El Salvador. Her work focuses on cross-border restructuring opportunities\, creditor strategies\, and the intersection of insolvency frameworks with emerging digital asset regulations. \nEmma Thompson \nEmma is a Partner at FRP Advisory with extensive experience in restructuring and recovery services.
