Elizabeth L. Gunn\, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia\nThe Hon. B. McKay Mignault\, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia\nThe Hon. Maria Ellena Chavez-Ruark\, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland\nThe Hon. Michelle M. Harner\, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland\n\nThe panel will explore the role of experts in bankruptcy proceedings\, including expert testimony\, evaluating expert reports\, preparing experts for presentation to the court\, and other practical and strategic considerations involving expert witnesses in bankruptcy cases. \nThe discussion will be moderated by Olivia Woodmansee\, Term Law Clerk to the Hon.
