- Action planning

About the Great Returners Programme: For those new to the programme, it is designed to support individuals returning to work from a long-term period of leave, whether that be a sabbatical, parental, maternity, sick-leave, or otherwise. Offered to IWIRC members, the Programme involves a variety of workshops throughout the year, with a mix of in-person and remote workshops. The sessions are facilitated by Kate Adey and Fahrah Gulamhusein, specialist return to work coaches, who create a safe and inviting space for members to discuss topics affecting returners, acquire practical skills to manage the change in dynamic, and foster connections between individuals in a similar stage of life.
