Rachel Bengino, Director of Website and Communications for the IWIRC Ontario Network, has been selected as a semi-finalist for the IWIRC Rising Star Award! Rachel is an associate at Thornton Grout Finnigan LLP and has served on the IWIRC Ontario Network Board for the past three years.
