IWIRC Southern California’s own Kavita Gupta has left Winthrop & Couchot at the end of 2012 to start a joint venture with Feliciano “Bud” Ferrer. Gupta&Ferrer opened its doors on 01/01/2013 and is a firm dedicated to the practice of insolvency and financial solutions. Their website says that “our mission is to provide our clients with timely, intelligent and cost-effective solutions to their financial problems, while adhering to the highest professional standards.”
