Landmark decision: Singapore’s first successful application for super priority rescue financing
Meiyen Tan, immediate past-chair of the Singapore Network, recently successfully represented two applicant companies in obtaining Singapore’s first super priority order for rescue financing pursuant to Section 211E(1)(b) of the Companies Act.

Members of the IWIRC Cayman Islands network enjoyed a spectacular sunset in great company at the Spring Sunset Drinks last night at Rackam’s. Thanks to the generosity of Solomon Harris, part of Bedell Cristin, members of the IWIRC Cayman Islands network were treated to complimentary wine, beer, canapés and of course, rum punch, against the stunning backdrop of the Caribbean Sea.
